Your Organization becomes an Author who provides Author Content (Patient Instruction, etc.) to create an Animated Work.

HealthBreeze becomes a Publisher who creates and distributes the Animated Work.
2) How to “CREATE” an Animated Work

New Animated Work: Newly created Animated Work based on Author Content.

Derivative Work: Modified (Translation, improvement, etc.) Animated Work based on preexisting Animated Work of other Author. (with mutual agreement)
Create Medical Animation with Author-Publisher Model
3) How to “USE” Animated Work

Completed Animated Work is uploaded to HealthBreeze cloud server.

Healthcare professionals can use the Animated Work by installing HealthBreeze application.

Based on mutual agreement, HealthBreeze can provide Youtube API of the Animated Work for the Author’s web page.
4) Revenue & Royalty

Your organization will receive annual Royalty (25% for New Animated Work / 10% for Derivative Work) from the following Revenue.
① from Individual Users
- Show / Watch: Free
- Send via SMS / E-mail: $ 0.1 (Maximum of 7 Animated Works at once)
- Download to Smart Phone / Tablet, etc.: $ 1
② from Sponsors
- Targeted Advertisement on the Animated Work by Pharmaceutical Company, etc.
(※ Revenue from Ads on the Youtube API and outside Animated Work is not included)
③ from Lease
- Hospital, Clinic, Company, etc.
5) Other Conditions

There is no financial burden on your Organization for the Animated Work.

However, HealthBreeze may request your Organization for a free on-line banner space and/or off-line booth space for promotion and User-education.
